PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device which can reproduce not only video information, but also subpicture information in fast-forwarding reproduction and provide more information for a user. SOLUTION: This optical disk reproducing device obtains video information and subpicture information in fast-forwarding reproduction and mixes and outputs the obtained video information and subpicture information.
