摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an OSD display is not all displayed on the screen of a 16:9 screen television image receiver when the video signal which is being videotaped is of 16:9 video. SOLUTION: An OSD position control part 16 can move a display position, so OSD data can be displayed normally without causing the partial absence of the OSD data on the screen nor any failure in OSD display.
