PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device, an image pickup method, and a storage medium which can easily set the same conditions as photographic conditions of last photography and enables a choice of whether the conditions are set at need when the image pickup device is actuated. SOLUTION: All photographic conditions when the image pickup device is shut down are stored in a nonvolatile memory 56 and when the image pickup device is actuated, the photographic conditions stored in the nonvolatile memory 56 are read out and set in the image pickup device.
