PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic questionnaire system for facilitating preparation and correction of a questionnaire. SOLUTION: The electronic questionnaire system has a questionnaire editing form generating and displaying part 10 for generating and displaying a questionnaire editing form which has plural unit questionnaire editing forms provided with a question form selecting section for selecting a specific question form among plural question forms and a general purpose question content inputting section with respect to the plural question forms and which has the inputting section of questionnaire specific information, a questionnaire form generating and displaying part 13 for generating and displaying a questionnaire form including the unit questionnaire form of such a question form content and an answer inputting section as inputted and including the questionnaire specific information when data is inputted to the questionnaire editing form, and a questionnaire correction part 14 for displaying the inputted content in the questionnaire editing form in a correctible manner in accordance with the content of a questionnaire form.
