PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize-offered application procuration service system capable of relieving the burden of an applicant (answer) and an executor (company to provide a prize) in execution of drawing of telephone application in a television broadcast. SOLUTION: The prize-offered application procuration service system acts for application to an answering destination by receiving prize-offered television broadcast for application to be transmitted by being multiplexed on a broadcasting signal from the side of a broadcast station and in which a question is set by a television receiver on the receiving side, requesting surrogate of the application by attaching a part of an answer to surrogate service for the application in which applicant information is preliminarily given and registered by an operation means via the television receiver, a communication line by an applicant, calling the preliminarily stores applicant information based on this request and synthesizing it to required applicant information by the surrogate service for the application.
