PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound information service system capable of giving presence or expection that when a telephone call is get to a service user. SOLUTION: The sound information service system is provided with a sound data base where one or plural pieces of sound data are recorded, a user database where one or plural pieces of user data are recorded, a data processing part deciding a transmission sound number and transmission time based on user data, a clocking part measuring time until the transmission of sound data to the user, a line connection part connecting communication line with a user and a sound communication part transmitting sound data equivalent to the transmission sound number to the user. Thus, sound can be transmitted at arbitrary time of which the user cannot be conscious.
