PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which suppresses radiation noise to outside by coping with a phenomenon where a noise caused by harmonics generated from an IC exceeds a regulation value, which is often observed with an electronic apparatus comprising the IC as a component. SOLUTION: As an electromagnetic wave absorbing body, either or both of a dust mold (3A) from soft magnetic metal powder and a mold (3B) from a mixture where soft magnetic metal powder is dispersed in rubber or plastic matrix are provided close to an IC (2) constituting a part of an electronic apparatus (1) so as to cover it.
