PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder, capable of making stable combined-motion even by small driving force. SOLUTION: As for this fluid pressure cylinder 1, a movable body 8, 17 comprising a piston 8 and a rod 17 is movably stored in a cylinder tube 2. A protruding member 33 is fixed to the cylinder tube 2 side. A curved cam groove 31, with which the protruding member 33 is brought into sliding contact, is formed on the peripheral surface of the movable body 8, 17. The sliding contact part 36 of the protruding member 33 is formed into a spherical shape. The protruding member 33 is disposed, so as to be always pressed toward the center axis of the movable body 8, 17. If the fluid is supplied and exhausted, the movable body 8, 17 makes linear motion and the rotational motion in a combined manner.
