PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which is improved in heat radiating property by making the shape of its core compact, and so on. SOLUTION: The coil of this reactor is constituted of an aluminum or copper wire and about 3/4 of the external surface of the coil 1 is exposed by assembling the core with the coil 1 from the hollow section 1c to one external side face 1b of the coil 1.
