Sole for ski boot has sole with offset angle with respect to rest of boot shell

The sole for a ski boot has a standard sole shape (3) on its underside with ski binding wedges (3a,b) at its front and rear ends. The longitudinal axis of the boot shell (2) is angled to that of the sole, with the heel points coinciding. The rear of the heel and sole can be rounded to match the users heel.
