PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for issue and settlement of cyber settlement means with which information peculiar to an entrepreneur is marked on a computer network. SOLUTION: This method is provided with (a) a step for receiving the information peculiar to the entrepreneur and member information containing a current account number from a user by means of a server computer on the computer network, and storing the information in a data-base by users, (b) a step for issuing a cyber settlement means in which at least a peculiar settlement means number, the information peculiar to the entrepreneur of the user connected to the server computer and an amount are marked, corresponding to the demand of the relevant user and storing this cyber settlement means in the data base by users, and (c) a step for moving the cyber settlement means from a first user to which the cyber settlement means is issued to a second user inside the data base by performing settlement to the second user while using the cyber settlement means in the state the first user is connected to the server computer. Thus, a security problem can be solved and transparency in a transaction is secured. Further, the settlement means of high amounts can be effectively utilized for the settlement means of low amounts. |
