PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having an optical filter without characteristic deterioration wherein the generation of cracks and delaminations in the filter and voids within an adhesive is controlled even if the device experiences temperature cycles and temperature-humidity. SOLUTION: In the optical device wherein a groove is provided in mid-way of an optical path and the filter is inserted into the groove, when the depth of the groove, the width of the groove and the thickness of the filter are expressed by w, t1 and t2 respectively, the ratio of the depth of the groove to the film thickness of the adhesive is prescribed by w/(t1-t2)<=500, and the filter is fixed by the adhesive within range of modulus of elasticity of 0.1 to 10 MPa. |
