PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying-out device for cards which accurately feeds out cards one by one and is easily charged with cards by replacement of a cartridge and has a mechanism having only a small number of parts and has less failures and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: A casing 1 where a card cartridge storage part is formed is provided in the front, a driving motor 5 is provided behind the casing 1, a pulley 6 is attached to a motor shaft 5a of the driving motor which projects out of the casing, a belt 8 is wound around it, a card pressing piece 9 is fixed to the belt, and one or more slide guide bars are inserted through the card pressing piece, a card pressing plate energized by a spring is provided in the card cartridge, laminated cards or the like are pressed and held by the card pressing plate, an engaging hold of an engaging hook taken in/out by an adjacent lock mechanism is formed in a part of a frame body of the card cartridge, and a reception plate for the card cartridge energized by a spring is provided in the casing.
