PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy screen coated with a polymer dispersed optical modulation material by using a machine having uniform domain size. SOLUTION: The electrically responsive optical modulation privacy screen consisting of (a) a transparent substrate, (b) a conductive layer formed on the substrate and (c) an optical modulation layer positioned on the conductive layer is characterized by that the optical modulation layer includes at least one dispersible optical modulation material and an integration limiting material including the single or plural dispersible optical modulation materials in itself and the dispersible optical modulation materials are integrated to form plural domains having at least two optical states and a first optical state exists when no electric field is applied, while a second optical state is formed by applying an electric field and the one optical state makes the optical modulation layer transparent, while the other optical state makes the optical modulation layer prevent a user from seeing through the privacy screen. Thereby, an appropriate level of privacy is provided.
