摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data encryption device, that can encrypt digital data to protect their copyright with less calculation amount and a small scale of the hardware, and to realize the encryption that is less likely to be deciphered. SOLUTION: The data encryption device consists of a data segmentation means 22, that segments processing object data expanded into a bit sequence as unit code data by each prescribed bit number, a data conversion means 23 that converts the unit code data using a conversion table 11, and a conversion table update means 12 that uses control information set to a control information setting means 13 for generating random number on the basis of an algorithm and uses the random number for successively updating of the contents of the conversion table 11. The contents of the conversion table 11 can be changed dynamically, by properly updating the bit length with each setting updated period by a random number and properly setting the segmented data length by a random number. Furthermore, the control information is at least one of copyright information, among reproduction number of times information, time date information, reproducing device identification information, and biometrics information or the like.
