PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent display unevenness and image persistence caused by a material directly brought into contact with the liquid crystal layer or the alignment layer such as a coloring layer material in the liquid crystal display device using an array substrate having switching elements, coloring layers and pixel electrodes on the same substrate. SOLUTION: The color liquid crystal display device is provided with the coloring layer 18, of which the amounts of an initiator and an dispersing agent contained therein after post baking are suppressed to be <=3.5% and <=3% respectively, or the spacer 20 simultaneously and integratedly formed with the coloring layer. A condition of 200 deg.C and >=1 hour is assigned to the post baking so as to lower the remaining amounts of the initiator and the dispersing agent in the coloring layer. |
