<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveform shaping device which can correct phase dispersion easily and can give large phase modulation with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the optical waveform shaping device 1, the light being made incident is inputted to an SLM 13 while being imaged by a concave mirror 12 for incidence, after being dispersed into each wavelength component by a grating 11 for incidence. Then, after being phase modulated by the SLM 13, each wavelength component is superposed by being made incident on a grating 15 for emission through a concave mirror 14 for emission. When the negative phase dispersion occurs then, the positive phase dispersion is actively given by adjusting an optical path distance between the grating 11 for incidence and the concave mirror 12 for incidences, and the optical path distance between the grating 15 for emission and the concave mirror 14 for emission, and the phase dispersion is corrected by offsetting these.</p> |
