PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable respective receivers in a network to efficiently and simultaneously receive data packets of a plurality of systems without making the circuit scales of the receivers large. SOLUTION: This communication equipment used by networks mutually connected through a two-way transmission medium having a plurality of data transfer channels, has a receiving means for receiving one or a plurality of prescribed data transfer channels, a filter means for selectively extracting a data packet of one or a plurality of prescribed systems from the respective data transfer channels received by the receiving means, and a transmitting means for transmitting each data packet extracted by the filter means by one or a plurality of data transfer channels different from the data transfer channels by which the receiving means receives the data packet.
