PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of characteristics due to a manufacture process in a pair transistor circuit having two pair transistors A and B having almost the same characteristics. SOLUTION: A transistors A and B are constituted of four partial transistors a1 to a4 and transistors b1 to b4, which are connected in parallel and whose sizes are almost equal. The transistors a1 and a2 are arranged on the outer side of an upper stage, the transistors b1 and b2 are arranged on the outer side of a lower stage, and the transistors a3 and a4 are arranged on the inner side. Dummy transistors, having almost the same dimensions are formed on the outer side of the transistors A and B constituting a pair transistor circuit.
