PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensible alarming function emitting an alarm based on the detection of non-rotation of motor for function drive for additional function and also by lowering of battery voltage. SOLUTION: By a no-rotation detection signal of a non-rotation detection means, a first alarm indication is performed by a first indication device other than the functional pointer and a second alarm indication different from the first alarm indication is performed by a second indication device other than the functional pointer as a battery voltage lowering alarm.
