PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasten a fastened ember with a screw member with small clamping torque so as to be less likely to be loosened. SOLUTION: This fastening device has a bolt 21 formed with an external screw 22 of small diameter, and a stationary nut 31 disposed at the fastened member and formed with an internal screw 32 of large diameter. The external screw 22 and internal screw 32 are the screws having the same direction but with different leads from each other. A rotating nut 41 is screw-connected between the bolt 21 and the stationary nut 31. An internal screw 42 of small diameter to be engaged with the external screw 22 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rotating nut 41, and an external screw 43 of large diameter to be engaged with the internal screw 32 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating nut 41. When the rotating nut 41 is rotated in the engaged state of the respective screws, the fastened members 11, 12 are fastened via the rotating nut 41 with the lead difference of the internal and external screws of the rotating nut 41 as the quantity of lead.
