PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see that running and freight loading can not be performed at the same time merely by inserting a charging cord into a receptacle which is used in an electric vehicle such as a battery forklift or the like. SOLUTION: This charging socket device is composed of a charging socket 2, a charging cord 3, the main circuit 4, and a detector 5, and especially detector 5 is provided to turn off the main circuit 4, detecting the charging cord 3 being inserted.
