PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excess solution stirring suction device. SOLUTION: A motor 2 is installed on the top surface of a treatment container 1, a rotating blade 4 is fixed to the lower part of a rotating axis 3 connected to the motor 2 and hung within the treatment container 1, a fixed blade 5 is fixed to the inner wall of the treatment container 1 between the rotating blades 4, 4, a scraper 7 is fixed to the rotating axis 3 with being faced to the lower surface of a filter 6, a water pouring port 8 and a suction port 9 are installed in the inner wall of the treatment container 1, the rotating blade 4 is rotated by the operation of the motor 2 to pour clear water from the water poring port 8 installed in the lower part of the treatment container 1, excess solution entered from the lower part of the treatment container 1 is stirred and sucked in a squeeze pump through the suction port 9, and a solid material attached to the filter 6 is removed with the scraper 7.
