<p>A resin for paper coating capable of increasing an ink receiving capability and a wet pick of a coated paper in balance without causing a remarkable increase in viscosity of compositions for coating and eliminating the occurrence of harmful substances and compositions for paper coating containing the resin, characterized by comprising a polyamide amine resin (A) obtained by condensing, at a specific ratio, at least one type of (a) component selected from a polyamine of a specific structure and carbocyclic amino compound, a carbocyclic polybasic carboxylic acid of a structure obtained by bonding at least one carboxylic base to carbon atoms adjacent to each other, acid anhydride thereof, and at least one type of (b) composition selected from the alkyl ester derivative thereof; the compositions for paper coating, comprising the resin for paper coating.</p> |
