摘要 The microhybridizing apparatus has a sample chamber (100) for a fluid to be applied to a sample. The chamber has a carrier plate (10) for a sample (11) and a cover plate (20) over it. The carrier (10) and cover (20) plates are separated by a spacer (30) as a strip around the facing edges of the plates and are held together by a film (50) around the edge of the sample chamber (100). A film (50) around the edge of the sample chamber (100) structure holds the plates (10,20) and spacer (30) together. The plates and spacer are held together by e.g. using self-adhesive Parafilm M (RTM). The carrier and cover plates (10,20) are of glass, with the same shape and dimensions. The cover plate (20) carries a second sample (21), on the side towards the interior of the chamber (100) and it can be fitted with an optical filter as a multiple bandpass filter to allow through at least two separate light wavelengths. A wax sealing layer (60) is over the film (50) at the edges of the carrier and cover plates (10,20). A fluid injection needle gives a fluid feed (40) integrated into the spacer (30). The sample chamber (100) has a holder with a heating block and an attachment with a window to measure the fluorescence of the samples in the chamber (100). The holder has at least one swing holder unit. The sample chamber can be fitted with an electronic filter with electronic optics for mass spectroscopic studies. An independent claim is included for chemical reactions between samples bonded to carriers and a test solution, using a sample chamber (100) formed by spaced carrier (10) and cover (20) plates with a sealed bond around their edges. At least one fluid feed (40) is inserted through the spacer (30) between the plates (10,20) for the fluid and the samples to interact under given reaction conditions. The reactions are measured by fluorescence.
