摘要 A power transmission mechanism, wherein a pulley is connected to a pivotally supporting member so as to allow a power to be transmitted to each other by the engagement of each engaging projected part with each corresponding engaging recessed part, each engaging recessed part is deformable relative to the pulley and pivotally supporting member, an elastic member allows each engaging recessed part to be deformed so as to allow the pulley and pivotally supporting member to rotate relative to each other within a specified range of angle in a power transmission between the pulley and pivotally supporting member, each engaging projected part, normally, abuts on the sliding surface of the engaging recessed part at the neutral position thereof and, according to an increase in load on the pivotally supporting member side, a position where the engaging projected part is engaged with the engaging recessed part moves away from the neutral position in the power transmission between the pulley and the pivotally supporting member, and the sliding surface of the engaging recessed parts is formed so that the inclination angle of both rotating bodies relative to a circumferential direction is increased gradually as the sliding surface is separated away from the neutral position.
