<p>A method for producing water-added fuel characterized in that a seed (surfactant) is added at a ratio of 1 to 5% to a fuel oil such as kerosene, light oil and heavy oil for mixing by stirring to form a gelled product to which one to five times as much water is added followed by mixing and stirring. A device for producing water-added fuel, wherein an oil tank, a seed tank and a stirring vane-equipped gel tank are allowed to communicate with each other by pipelines, and the gel tank, a water storage tank and a stirring vane-equipped water-added fuel tank are allowed to communicate with each other by oil feed pipes and water feed pipes. A large amount of water can be mixed with a fuel oil.</p> |
