The oscillating armature diaphragm pump has a coil (7) driving the oscillation armature and a driver (10) periodically supplying the coil with a drive voltage. A throughput measurement device (11) detects the voltage on the coil in the no-drive period between two successive applications of the drive voltage and generates a throughput signal from the detected voltage.
