The invention concerns a method for payment and attributing, to service providers, the cash payments for parking of vehicles (2) in particular to service providers providing parking facilities. The vehicles (2) are used by motorists (3) provided with control boxes (1), comprising data representing a prepaid amount for parking services and/or authorisation for parking services. The method consists in: activating the control box (1) at the start and at the end of the parking period; calculating, on the basis of the parking time, the amount due for the parking services; storing the amount in a memory zone (1d); collecting, by means of a dedicated server (5), the amount for parking services and allocating the value to a provider of said parking facilities. |
