The invention relates to a method for forming a forgery-proof electronic signature according to which data that contains a specific body feature of the individual authorized to provide the signature is combined with data that indicates the presence of an individual authorized to provide the signature. This combination provides a basis on which an electronic signature is formed. Data which characterizes the presence of the individual is, for example, body heat data or pulse sound data. The forgery-proof electronic signature enables a secure transfer of data.
