The invention concerns per(3,6-anhydro)cyclodextrin derivatives, their preparation and their use for separating polluting ions, for example, for human decontamination. Said derivatives correspond to one of the formulae (I) and (II) wherein one R1 at least represents the -OCH¿2?COOH group and the other R?1¿'s, identical or different, correspond to one of the formulae: OH, OR2, SH, SR?2, OCOR2, NH¿2, NHR?2, NR2R3¿, CONH¿2?, CONHR?2, CONR2R3¿, CN, COOR2, COOH and R2, wherein: R?2 and R3¿, identical or different, represent a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, aliphatic or aromatic group, capable of comprising one several heteroatoms selected among O, S and N; and n is equal to 6, 7 or 8.
