<p>Novel excellent analgesics are provides, which act on nociceptin receptor to exhibit an analgesic effect on a wide variety of pains including allodynia caused by chronic pain or herpes zoster. Specifically, compounds of the general formula (1) or salts thereof wherein X and Y are each independently nitrogen or CH; R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, or the like; A?1 and A2¿ are each independently a single bond or a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; Q is a single bond, cycloalkylene, or the like; R?2A, R2B, R2C and R2D¿ are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, or the like; E is ethenylene or the like; R3 is phenyl or a heterocyclic group; and R?4 and R5¿ are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, or the like.</p> |
