PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of synthetic fiber which has excellent functionality, fiber quality and swellability. Thereby, it is possible to produce a composition of synthetic fiber which has excellent far infrared ray effect. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a composition of mineral powder for synthetic fiber comprises following the steps of: calcining a mineral selected from phyllosilicates mineral to pulverize the mineral to the size of 325mesh; pulverizing the mineral to the size no more than 10micron to pulverize the mineral to the size no more than 1micron; and then mixing a 70-90% by weight of phyllosilicates mineral powder, Ag and 10-30% by weight of inorganic antivirus powder to spin a fiber. The phyllosilicates mineral comprises pyrophyllite, talc, moscovite, biotite, montmorillonite, chlorite and kaolinite as main component. |
