The device has a channel body with cover and a crossbar fitted into wall apertures. A replaceable blocking clamp is fitted into an aperture in the crossbar and is moveable between installation and blocking positions. Guide (8) and locking legs (9) of the clamp are moveable relative to each other. The locking leg has an angled stop (11) with first and second offset (12,13). The legs are mainly parallel, and the locking leg is positioned slightly behind the guide leg.
