A recess let into the heater case (1) houses the mechanism for adjusting the position of a stop which limits the temperature range over which the heater can be controlled. This is hidden behind a hinged cover (2) providing access for adjusting the stop. A rotary knob (3) is mounted on the cover for setting the actual temperature within that range at which the heater is to operate.
