The output stage has first and second interconnected transistors (T6,T7) with connections to a current source and control connections to each transistor. Third and fourth transistors (T4,T5) are connected to an operating voltage and to the first and second transistors. Drive signals formed by amplifying the input signals and with an offset are connected to the control connections of the third and fourth transistors. The voltages of the input signals (VEIN) and the drives to the first and third transistors and to the second and fourth transistors vary in opposition to each other.
