<p>A powder coating composition which forms a coating film having excellent smoothness and having no defects such as bubbles or pinholes is produced easily without via a long and complicated production step and without the fear of gelling during production. A solution of powder coating composition materials which comprises as essential components (A) a base resin which has groups capable of undergoing a curing reaction and is solid at ordinary temperature, (B) a hardener which is reactive with the groups and is solid at ordinary temperature, and (C) an organic solvent is spray-dried at a temperature at which the curing reaction between the base resin (A) and the hardener (B) does not substantially occur.</p> |
