摘要 |

The present invention relates to novel methods for separation, isolation and recovery of sub-populations of cells (D) in biological samples. Ligands (B, C) suitable for the detection of the desired cell type are covalently attached to the surface of a non-porous body by the use of a method comprising a step of photochemical coupling of a thermochemically active molecule (A), e.g. anthraquinone, to the surface. In a presently preferred embodiment, the invention provides to methods for separation, isolation and recovery of foetal cells from maternal blood by use of specific cell markers for specific subpopulations of foetal cells. The invention further relates to a kit for use in the methods described.
|
