<p>An information announcing server (1) converts information (6) provided by an information provider (2) to an information program (10) and transmits the information program (10) to an information terminal (5a). The information terminal (5a) transmits the information program (10) to an information terminal (5b) of a user who cannot access the information announcing server when the information terminal (5a) do not use the information program (10). The information terminal (5b) transmits the information program (10) further to another information terminal (5c). The information terminal (5c) uses the information contained in the information program (10), and the information program (10) itself notifies the information announcing server (1) of the 'used state of information' and the 'travel route list' through a network server (4). In such a way, an information distributing system which enables easy widespread of information to an indefinite number of users and enables easy analysis of the needs of information users and the effect of information announcement is provided. The information providing side can select users who want more to obtain information or to whom the information provider wants to provide information so as to provide the information to the selected users.</p> |
