Cutting segments for cutting tools

Cutting teeth for hard materials are permanently fixed to a cutting blade e.g. a cutting disc or a linear saw blade. The separate teeth segments have apex profiles and are fitted in an alternate array using two apex profiles. The outer teeth have a coarse cutting action while the inner teeth provide the fine cutting action. The shape of the cutting system provides a controlled cut in both directions and is designed for cutting through hard materials e.g. building blocks.
