<p>A loan syndication tracking and management system and method provides a user with access to specific details related to a syndicated loan. An individual user typically accesses the system through a user interface(10). User interface(10) is preferably connected to an application server(20) and a reports server(22), each of which are accessible by the user. Application server(20) preferably has access to a number of resources including a network file server(12) an SNA gateway(14) and a fax server(16); Network file server(12) hosts network accessible files and has a large number of resources available to the Local Area Network with user access of the system with various levels of permissions to view , add, update or delete information according to their allotted permissions. The system coordinates investor, borrower and resource information, in addition to features related to the overall structure of a syndicated loan; permits multiple users to access the information for efficient handling of approvals and request related to multiple investors and borrowers, in addition to handling institution interchanges and notifications and keeps a record of all transactions and changes for review, reporting or regulatory purposes.</p> |
