<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting-up method of a screen in a waste water treating device capable of sufficiently preventing the clogging of the screen and to provide a drain treating device. SOLUTION: In the setting-up method of the screen 14 at the drain treating device 10 in which the drain in a treating tank 2 is treated by a carrier 12 sticking microorganisms or a self-granulated sludge, an air diffusing part 4 is provided at a part of the bottom part in the treating tank 2 and also plural flow rate detecting parts 24a-24c are arranged above the air diffusing part 4 and also in a vertical direction to a side wall surface of the treating tank 2, and flow rate is detected by respective plural flow rate detecting parts 24a-24c and the screen 14 is set up above the flow rate detecting part having the largest flow rate among flow rates. In such a setting-up method, since the rising flow having the largest flow rate strikes the screen 14, the carrier 12 or the self- granulated sludge having the largest flow rate strikes the screen 14 in accordance with that. Therefore, the washing effect to the screen 14 is increased.</p> |
