PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cationically polymerizable or crosslinkable compositions containing onium salts. SOLUTION: The cationically polymerizable or crosslinkable compositions containing onium salts exhibit excellent homogeneity and photoactivity. The compositions are especially useful for the preparation of antitacking coatings. Methods of preparing the antitacking coatings and articles obtained from them are also described.
