PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method on easy removal from a metal mold of a molded product without a burr on the formed product such as a nipple. SOLUTION: In the method for removal from a metal mold of a nipple for nursing baby bottle or the like, a movable is constituted of a movable body 23 forming the base side of the molded product having a hollow portion and a sliding core 25 forming the tip of the molded product. This sliding core 25 is supported by the shaft member 26 retractably inserted through a penetration hole portion 30 provided in the movable body 23, and the joining surface of the movable body 23 and the sliding core 25 is set in the different direction from an injection direction from the gate 31, after the metal mold is opened the molded product closely adhered to the movable mold 21 is made separable from the movable 21 by introducing compressed air into the penetration hole portion 30 through which the shaft member 26 is inserted. |
