FLEXIBLE METAL FOIL LAMINATE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal foil laminate suitable as a board material of all polyimide by eliminating a problem of a small adhesive strength when using a metal foil having small surface roughness of a conventionally known metal foil laminate for a board. SOLUTION: The flexible metal foil laminate is obtained by previously forming a heat press bondable polyimide coating film on a surface of a metal foil having a small surface roughness Ra of about 0.2μm or less, then heat press bonding, cooling and laminating the coating film forming metal foil and the polyimide film under a pressurized state by a double belt press.
