PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of manufacturing a large panel allowing extremely high workability and manufacturing efficiency, manufacturing while an exterior material and a finishing material such as a sash frame are protected, and manufacturing in a form convenient for loading and storing. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises a first workbench 10 and a second workbench 20 for forming a large panel body P with an entire wall size, standing device 23 for standing the large panel body P formed with the first and second workbenches 10, 20, and a guide roller 23c and a first moving device 30 for moving the stood large panel body P in a longitudinally installed state.
