PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the speedup of plate making and mounting operation and the enhancement of plate mounting position accuracy without exerting an adverse effect on printing paper feed and discharge operation at the time of adjustment of the left and right printing positions of printing paper. SOLUTION: The paper feed stand 50, paper feed part 60 and paper discharge part 70 of a screen printing machine are arranged on a first frame 100 and the plate making unit 20, drum unit 30 and plate discharge unit 40 of the screen printing machine are arranged on a second frame 110 and the second frame 110 is made movable in the left and right directions of the printing paper, which is fed and discharged by guide shafts 120, 122, with respect to the first frame 100 to make it possible to adjust the left and right printing positions of printing paper.
