PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a make-up remover readily compatible with a make-up stain, quickly causing a stain float, having excellent cleansing power whether the skin is wet or not, excellent in rinsing properties, not leaving an oily feeling after washing with water and having an excellent sense of use. SOLUTION: This make-up cosmetic comprises (A) a nonionic surfactant and (B) a glyceryl ether derivative of general formula (1) (R is a 4-11C alkyl group or alkenyl group).
