PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for vehicle capable of each independently thermostatting an air flow flowing in respective small air passages by forming two or more air passages in a unit while a compact of the unit is realized. SOLUTION: A downstream side air passage 11 of a unit is partitioned to at least 2 or more independent small air passages 11r, 11l, 11b by a plurality of partition plates 21, 22 extending along a flowing direction of an air flow and doors Dr, Dl, Db are provided in the respective small air passages 11r, 11l, 11b. The individual small air passages 11r, 11l, 11b can distribute an air independently thermostatted respectively.
