PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic member resistant to the deterioration, whitening, and discoloring (yellowing, etc.), of a plastic base material, the peeling, etc., of the coating film caused by ultraviolet rays, and the adhesion of dirt to the surface over a long period even in an environment such as the outdoors where the member is easily exposed to ultraviolet rays and dirt and the applications of the member. SOLUTION: In the plastic member, an ultraviolet absorbent silicone coating film as an under coat layer and a stain-proofing silicone coating film as a top coat layer are arranged on the surface of the plastic base material. The ultraviolet absorbent coating film is formed from an ultraviolet absorbent silicone coating material resin composition containing an acrylic resin prepared by the copolymerization of an organosilane oligomer and a (meth)acrylate having an ultraviolet absorbent group, a polyorganosiloxane having silanol groups, silica, and a curing catalyst.
